Darbo aprašymas:

  • Klientų aptarnavimas telefonu bei elektroniniu paštu
  • Klientų konsultavimas mokėjimo kortelių klausimais
  • Problemų bei skundų registravimas bendrovės sistemose
  • Bendradarbiavimas su kitais bendrovės skyriais

Reikalavimai:

  • Universitetinis ar neuniversitetinis aukštasis išsilavinimas (gali būti paskutinių kursų studentas)
  • Gebėjimas profesionaliai bendrauti su klientais
  • Patirtis eksploatuojant kompiuterių programas
  • Puikus lietuvių, anglų bei rusų kalbų mokėjimas
  • Sumanumas, lankstumas, gebėjimas greitai ir operatyviai mąstyti
  • Komunikabilumas, mandagumas, profesionalus bendravimas telefonu
