Role Overview:

Atos is looking for a SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will provide functional and technical support across SAP Finance and Procurement processes, including FI, CO, AR, AP, O2C, Tax, Banking, and Procurement.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and maintenance.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, taxation, and credit management.
• Configure and support SAP SD and MM modules while ensuring integration with financial processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Support Vertex O-Series tax solutions, tax configurations, and integrations.
• Manage PISA tickets, monitor issues, and support service delivery performance.
• Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.
• Support integration activities related to acquisitions, mergers, and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve SAP processes.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Must-have Qualifications / Skills:

• +4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP FI/CO configuration and support experience.
• Experience with AR, AP, and Procurement.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• PISA ticket management and incident resolution experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good-to-have Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience with SAP SD and MM integration points.
• Experience with tax configurations and Vertex O-Series.

• Experience with banking integrations and compliance processes.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects.
• SAP certifications in FI/CO or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.
