As a Senior Business Development Manager at Atos, you will have the exclusive opportunity to influence the future of our company in the Swiss market. Join our small, motivated, committed team and utilize your experience and connections to promote remarkable growth and success. With a demonstrated history of selling IT Infrastructure Services in Switzerland, you will be vital in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new opportunities by working across industries within Switzerland.
  • Strengthen and expand your existing geographical networks.
  • Define and achieve the business and financial objectives while further developing the market and portfolio. This includes defining, developing, and managing the portfolio to ensure profitable and balanced short- and long-term growth.
  • Position Atos as our clients' leading and innovative business partner, establishing our reputation as a Digital Transformation Partner. Develop and nurture relationships with customers at the CxO and decision-maker levels, understanding their challenges and goals.
  • Enhance global expertise to build and grow a wide-reaching customer and partner ecosystem enthusiastic about innovation and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Co-define and implement the go-to-market strategy, leading all aspects of sales across the entire Atos portfolio and service offering.
  • Take ownership of top-tier and internal Sales processes for your opportunities.

Profile:

  • Efficient completion of technical studies (HF / FH / Uni / ETH) or comparable experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell IT services across industries in Switzerland.
  • Possess a convincing manner and appearance, coupled with an engaging approach.
  • Highly committed with a strong customer orientation and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Skilled communicator adept at effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of interaction.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on intercultural collaboration and teamwork.
  • Comfortable working with international teams (Nearshore & Offshore).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
