Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in area of SAP FICO implementations? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our SAP team in Switzerland.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Expert: Provide top-notch consulting services on all aspects of SAP FICO, from configuration to implementation and support.
• Lead the Way: Take charge and participate in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Solve Problems: Translate client business requirements into effective and innovative SAP FICO solutions.
• Build Solutions: Design, configure, and test SAP FICO modules to meet and exceed client needs.
• Educate and Empower: Develop and deliver comprehensive training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Support Excellence: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of existing SAP FICO systems.
• Collaborate and Succeed: Work closely with other consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive Sales: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Innovate: Bring your creative ideas to the table to support the company’s growth and development.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

• Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules
    • General Ledger
    • Group Reporting
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Asset Accounting
    • Controlling
    • Treasury
  • Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.

• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open-minded and creative thinker, with a passion for innovation.

• Certifications:
  • Proven experience and certifications in leading and participating in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
  • Official SAP Public Cloud Consultant Certification in Finance expected.

• Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English and German (essential).
  • Fluency in French or Italian is highly desirable.

Travel: Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
