We are a leading organization seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant with expertise in HCM/SuccessFactors. Ideally you have specialized knowledge in Swiss Payroll, coupled by international payroll exposure. Join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of our SAP HCM/SuccessFactors system, supporting our HR and payroll processes in compliance with Swiss regulations and industry best practices.

 

 

As a SAP Consultant specializing in HCM/SuccessFactors with Swiss Payroll expertise, you will play a vital role in our organization's digital transformation journey. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, configure, and implement SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management, Employee Central, and Vendor Inventory Management. Your knowledge and experience will be instrumental in providing functional and technical guidance, ensuring the system's seamless integration and efficient utilization to meet our HR and payroll needs.

 

Responsibilities

 

  1. HCM/SuccessFactors Configuration and Implementation:
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations within the HCM/SuccessFactors landscape.
    • Design and implement SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules, including Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management, Employee Central, and Vendor Inventory Management.
    • Configure system settings, workflows, rules, and customizations to align with business processes and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and data integrity.
  2. Swiss Payroll Expertise:
    • Demonstrate expertise in Swiss payroll regulations, including social insurance, tax, and labor laws.
    • Configure and maintain Swiss-specific payroll processes and rules, such as salary calculation, deductions, contributions, and annual adjustments.
    • Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
    • Stay updated on changes in Swiss payroll legislation and provide recommendations for system updates and process improvements.
  3. Time Management and Travel & Expenses Management:
    • Configure and optimize SAP Time Management and Travel & Expenses Management modules to streamline time tracking, leave management, and expense reimbursement processes.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement efficient workflows, approval processes, and reporting structures.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on time and expense-related functionalities.
  4. Employee Central and Vendor Inventory Management:
    • Utilize your expertise in SAP Employee Central and Vendor Inventory Management modules to support employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, and talent management processes.
    • Configure and maintain employee data structures, workflows, and security roles within Employee Central.
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize Vendor Inventory Management processes and ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.

 

Qualifications

 

  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) as a SAP Consultant, specializing in HCM/SuccessFactors.
    • Extensive expertise in Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management, Employee Central, and Vendor Inventory Management modules.
    • Strong understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and compliance requirements and beneficially having international payroll exposure.
  2. Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficiency in configuring and implementing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules, including Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management, Employee Central, and Vendor Inventory Management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Being Detail-oriented
    • Language skills: German and English language fluency mandatory
