About the Role:
We seek a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Specialized Sales Representative to join our dynamic Digital Workplace Solutions team at Atos. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital workplace trends, enterprise software integration, and change management principles to support clients' journeys toward a more efficient and collaborative digital workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to expert for existing and potential customers, presenting innovative digital solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with IT decision-makers through effective listening, empathy, and a genuine interest in understanding their unique (hybrid) cloud/platform challenges.
- Expertise in Offerings: Maintain and expand knowledge of Atos's diverse Cloud portfolio to effectively address customer challenges.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Partner with the Hybrid Cloud Teams to design and implement customized solutions that improve and optimize application platforms/landscape and boost operational efficiency.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on Cloud trends, transformations, and integrations to effectively address client needs.
The Team:
This is a dynamic position at Atos that offers significant freedom and responsibility. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of solution experts, delivery executives, client executive partners, and account sales executives to effectively sell our innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Expertise in Cloud technology stack, trends, and best practices.
- Background in Cloud (application) transformation programs, with a business-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with principles to facilitate smooth transitions.
By leveraging these skills, the Cloud Specialized Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting clients' journeys in the digital transformation of their business.
Essential Skills:
- Master’s degree in business, Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent by proven experience.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- 2-5 years in a similar role within the Cloud Solutions services domain, including strong presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, excels in building trust, and fosters collaboration with clients.
- Ability to translate solutions into compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently to meet targets, engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- History of securing large deals and possessing an extensive network of contacts within the digital community.
