As a Sales Representative specializing in Data and AI, you will be pivotal in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions. Your role is to identify our client’s business challenges and show them how Data and AI can create value.
You’ll own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that revenue targets are met or surpassed. You’ll position yourself as a trusted customer partner by staying on top of industry trends. This role demands creative problem-solving, a strong business focus, and a deep understanding of the benefits of analytics, data, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Serve as the go-to expert for new and existing customers, offering tailored digital solutions that fit their needs.

- Expertise in offerings: Work closely with portfolio stakeholders to identify, develop, orchestrate, shape and drive sales opportunities.
Essential Skills
- Educational background: You hold a Master’s in Business, Economics, or Information Technology.
- Language proficiency: You are fluent in Dutch and English, and when working in Belgium, you will also be fluent in French.
- Relevant experience: You bring 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Data & AI domain.
- Communication skills: You excel in communicating, listening, and presenting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You have a flair for innovation and excel at building trust and driving collaboration.
- Value proposition articulation: You can translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions that resonate with customer needs.
- Team player & self-starter: You collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders yet can work independently to meet targets.
- Proven track record: You’ve consistently closed deals and built a strong network within the digital community.
- Personal attributes: You’re flexible, proactive, positive-minded, and eager to learn and grow.
- Corporate experience: You have experience working in a large corporation and can translate client requirements into sellable and deliverable solutions.
The team
This dynamic position offers both freedom and responsibility. You’ll partner closely with a team of solution experts, delivery executives, client executive partners, and account sales executives to successfully sell our innovative solutions.
You’ll report directly to the Sales Director Specialised Sales for Atos and Eviden Netherlands, with a dotted reporting line to the Head of the Digital Business Line Netherlands. While your main office is in Amstelveen, you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home.
