The Role

Drive growth across Belgium by shaping opportunities and leading complex pursuits from first conversation to signature. Work with multidisciplinary teams to design secure, scalable solutions spanning data platforms, governance, analytics, AI/ML and generative AI, leveraging the Atos partner ecosystem.

Sales Focus & Client Motion (Net New and New Existing)

  • Net New (new clients): Use your network to create C‑level conversations in the enterprise, public sector and upper mid‑market. Run targeted outbound and events; co‑sell with partners and leverage marketplaces to land first projects and references. Maintain 3×–4× qualified pipeline.
  • New Existing (existing clients, new domain): Identify whitespace (e.g., data platform modernisation, governance, AI use cases). Build outcome‑based value cases and lead cross-sell and upsell pursuits to signature.
  • More than hunting: Partner with architects and deliver to shape feasible roadmaps, structure commercials and ensure adoption for expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own pipeline and order entry for the Data & AI portfolio; qualify and progress opportunities to signature.
  • Lead discovery on data/AI maturity; shape clear value cases and roadmaps, including security and compliance.
  • Orchestrate solution design with architects/delivery; lead governance, pricing and negotiations.
  • Build executive relationships and influence complex buying groups; drive cross‑sell with Atos and partners.
  • Ensure smooth handover and stay engaged post‑signature to drive outcomes, references and expansion.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Track record of hunting and closing complex Data/Analytics/AI services, including net‑new logos.
  • Ability to translate cloud data platforms, MLOps, Responsible AI, and security/privacy into business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with rigorous deal qualification.
  • Co‑sell experience with partners and comfort with marketplaces/incentives.
  • Strong executive communication in English, Dutch, and/or French is a plus.

 

The team

Work within the Belgium Specialised Sales organisation, aligned with account teams and supported by Data & AI solution architects, delivery leads and partner managers to build integrated, outcome‑based propositions.
