The Role
Drive pipeline growth and order entry across Belgium through consultative selling and opportunity shaping. Lead complex pursuits end‑to‑end with cybersecurity experts, architects, delivery and partners to design solutions that balance risk, compliance, value and feasibility. Ensure a smooth transition from signature to delivered outcomes.

Sales Focus & Client Motion (Net New and New Existing):
- Net New (new clients): Activate your CISO/CIO network to open new logos in the enterprise, public sector and upper mid‑market. Run targeted outbound, events and thought‑leadership; co‑sell with partners to land wins and references. Maintain 3×–4× qualified pipeline.
- New Existing (existing clients, new domain): With account teams, identify whitespace (e.g., MDR/SOC, Zero Trust, identity, cloud security, compliance). Shape the risk‑reduction value case and lead cross-sell and upsell pursuits to signature.
- Beyond hunting: Align scope, margin, risk and timelines with architects and delivery; lead governance and ensure referenceable implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline and order entry targets; qualify, shape and progress pursuits through signature.
- Build executive relationships and communicate clear value and differentiation to business and security leaders.
- Lead solution shaping with architects and delivery; manage bid risk, compliance and approvals.
- Orchestrate partner involvement and cross‑sell across the Atos portfolio.
- Ensure effective handover to delivery and remain engaged to identify expansion opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Proven hunter with a track record in cybersecurity services sales and closing net‑new logos in complex cycles.
- Understanding of cyber risk, data protection and compliance; ability to discuss resilience with executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial skills: complex deal management, negotiation, forecasting and governance discipline.
- Co‑sell experience with partners; ability to leverage incentives and MDF.
- Strong English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
