About the Role
Join our Consulting & Advisory team and help leading organizations unlock the full potential of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Change Management Consultant who thrives on shaping change, driving innovation, and making an impact where strategy meets technology.
What You’ll Do

Partner with clients across industries to design and implement future-ready workplaces that boost productivity and collaboration.

Lead interactive workshops and co-create solutions using agile and change management methods such as Scrum, Design Thinking, Change Impact Analysis and Lean Startup.

Guide organizations through cultural and organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

Develop user-centric strategies leveraging data analytics, automation, and cutting-edge digital tools.

Act as a trusted advisor—building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive real impact.
What We’re Looking For

A degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field.

7+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management.

Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Agile (Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

A strategic mindset, curiosity for technology, and the ability to inspire teams.

Analytical skills, professional team leadership, results orientation, and a high level of customer focus characterize you, as do team spirit, motivation, and enthusiasm.

Willingness to travel and work closely with clients.
