The Role
As a Technology Services Sales professional at Atos, you will be the primary contact for our clients, helping them staff their projects with the right resources on a time-and-material basis. The role is diverse and dynamic, as you’ll be working with clients from various industries (e.g., manufacturing, public sector, healthcare, banking), while drawing on Atos' broad IT service portfolio. You will assess customer needs, match them with the right candidates, and ensure that we deliver the ideal resources to help our clients achieve their business goals. Relationship-building, listening skills, entrepreneurship, and discovering new leads are key to success in this role.

As a Technology Services Sales, you will not only manage and nurture existing client relationships, but also focus on driving new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate with management to identify target clients and have an in-depth understanding of Atos’ products and services. You will also be involved in preparing marketing budgets, conducting market research, analyzing trends, leading the sales team, and providing accurate sales forecasts.

 

The Team
This is an exciting and dynamic role within Atos, offering plenty of freedom and responsibility. In selling our services, you will work closely with internal unit managers, business line representatives, and a recruitment team. The Technology Services Sales role reports directly to the Head of Technology Services. Your main office will be in Zaventem, but you will also be visiting clients' offices across Belgium.

At Atos, there are numerous opportunities for career growth. One exciting path could be progressing into an Account Executive role, where you will manage one or multiple large accounts.

 

Who You Are

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or IT.
  • You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the IT solutions or services domain.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have the emotional intelligence to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • You can articulate our full range of products and services to meet client needs.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Ideally, you have an affinity with IT.
  • You are flexible, positive, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken), and have a good understanding of French.
