Procurement Bid Manager
We are looking for a motivated, curious and detail-oriented Bid Procurement Manager to join our international procurement team. As Local Support for Atos’ Bids and Projects you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Bid Managers in making high quality procuring decisions that lead to competitive and winning bids for Atos. In your role you will lead the full procurement cycle for the project in a short time span, related to all procurement categories in the company. You will play a key part in delivering competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals to Atos’ customers that drive business success.
To be successful in this role:

3 to 6 years of experience in procurement, or a related field
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement or other related discipline
-
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills; business fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
-
Ability to articulate your advice in management discussions

Flexible, positive, and eager to learn personality
Key responsibilities for the role:
-
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Architects, Finance, Risk & Legal to deliver competitive bids to Atos’ customers

Responsible for projects in 7 countries within the Belux, Netherlands and Nordics region

Achieve the best quality during the sourcing cycle during the short timeframe of the bid or project

Engage with local and global procurement experts within the procurement categories

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best possible quality, for the most favorable T&C
-
Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency with internal stakeholders
