We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager – Service Delivery Management to strengthen our service delivery capabilities in a complex, large-scale IT environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs while driving service quality and improvements.

  • Own end-to-end program and project delivery, including governance, risk management, and recovery situations.

  • Lead stakeholder engagements and regular program reviews covering delivery, quality, and performance.

  • Manage program budgets, resources, capacity planning, and multi-workstream reporting.

  • Coach and mentor teams while continuously improving delivery standards and methodologies.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery and/or program management within large IT environments.

  • Strong contractual, commercial, and technical delivery background.

  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar); SCRUM Master is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • EU nationality and based in Belgium.

  • Fluent English and French or Dutch.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Atos offices in Zaventem and Brussels.
