Working as Junior Data / AI Engineer at Atos
You will have the opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects, transforming the digital business of our (international) clients. Generative AI, real-time streams and ever-smarter LLMs are reshaping how businesses talk to their customers.
As a Junior Data & AI Engineer you turn those breakthroughs into production solutions. For example, we’re delivering a conversational LLM chatbot for a leading telecom provider. Depending on each client’s needs you’ll work with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex or on-prem AI stacks. Other projects span finance, retail and manufacturing, so you’ll keep discovering fresh domains and techniques. You’ll do all this alongside thirty enthusiastic architects, consultants and engineers who share knowledge and celebrate wins.
Your skills, capabilities, and experience
Do you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data/AI Engineering or a related field?
- Up to 2 years’ experience with Python/SQL plus basic Cloud know-how (Azure, AWS or GCP)?
- The ambition to earn recognised cloud & AI certificates and grow fast in multidisciplinary Scrum teams?
- Strong analytical thinking, a collaborative attitude and clear communication skills in both Dutch and English?
- Flexibility to travel to clients when needed, balanced by hybrid working options the rest of the time?
- Oral and written skills in Dutch and English;
