The role
As an Account Sales Executive, you will deep-dive into your customer’s business and challenges, identifying and encouraging growth opportunities based on the insights you gather. As the main point of contact, you will guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, ensuring they receive tailored solutions paired with outstanding support and expertise.

 

In this dynamic role, you will drive the development of innovative initiatives that improve account growth, including organizing customized innovation sessions crafted to meet specific client needs. Your contributions will be vital in navigating sophisticated customer landscapes, significantly impacting their success.

 

Moreover, you will play a key role in pipeline qualification and prioritization, being responsible for the bidding process to ensure alignment with client objectives. You will foster strong relationships and drive mutual success by positioning yourself as a strategic business partner at all levels of your clients' organizations.

 

The team
This dynamic position at Atos offers significant freedom and responsibility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of solution experts, delivery executives, client executive partners, and specialized sales executives to effectively sell our innovative solutions portfolio.

 

The Account Sales Executive reports directly to the Head of Sales for Atos and Eviden Belux while maintaining a dotted reporting line to the Head of Private or Public Market. Your primary work location will be our office in Zaventem, but you will also have the flexibility to work from home and/or the client’s location.

In this position, you will be responsible for one or multiple large accounts, allowing you to deepen your impact and foster strategic relationships with key clients. Requirements:

  • Diverse IT Expertise: Extensive background in various IT domains, including Digital Workplace solutions, Cloud and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application Platforms, and Digital Solutions.
  • Consultative Selling Proficiency: Mastery of consultative selling techniques, with a deep understanding of effectively tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Challenger Sales Familiarity: Well-versed in the principles of Challenger Sales, demonstrating the ability to provoke thought and drive conversations that lead to meaningful client engagement and successful outcomes.

Demonstrating these skills, the Account Sales Executive plays a crucial role in supporting clients' journeys in the digital transformation of their businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as your client's go-to expert, presenting innovative digital solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with IT decision-makers by effectively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding their unique challenges.
  • Expertise in Offerings: Maintain and expand your knowledge of Atos's diverse portfolio to effectively address customer business and IT challenges.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborative Solution Development: Provide input to the Atos Service Line Teams, who will design and implement customized solutions that improve and optimize the client’s operational efficiency and boost user experience.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on IT trends, transformations, and integrations to address client needs effectively.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Educational Background: You hold a master’s degree in BA, Economics, or Information Technology or equivalent by demonstrable experience
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Relevant Experience: You bring 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurial Demeanor: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and excel in building trust and fostering client collaboration.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: You can translate our solutions into compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
  • Standout Colleague and self-starter: You are a collaborative teammate who can work independently to meet targets and effectively engage with diverse collaborators.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a history of securing large deals and an extensive network of contacts within the digital community.
  • IT Affinity: Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and knowledge of one or more offerings from our portfolio,
  • Personal Attributes: You are flexible, positive-minded, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in your career.
