We are looking for an Solution Architect (m/f) in Zagreb to join our team.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a large and complex Java based solutions.
You will be working on key components of the solution in multi-cultural environment.
You will be expected to own and drive the end‑to‑end solution architecture process, from shaping technical vision and solution design, through guiding implementation and ensuring quality, to validating that the delivered solution meets the intended business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• 10+ years of experience with software architecture in Java/Spring ecosystem (or similar Enterprise backend technologies)
• Experience with microservices, event‑driven architectures and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in big scale/enterprise solutions related to IT industry
• Ability to produce high‑quality architectural documentation and technical designs
• 5 or more projects involvement as a solution architect
• Ability to mentor development teams and provide technical leadership
• Preferrable TOGAF certificate but not mandatory
• Resourceful in excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative as you excel in a multi-functional organization through clear communication, consistent delivery and relationship building
• Curious in the desire and aptitude to independently learn
• Self-directed in the ability to drive a project from a simple idea to production
• User-focused in the user experience and the privacy of data come first
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory
