We are looking for a new colleague to join our existing team as Senior Full Stack Engineer - Tech Lead with a proven track record in leading an agile team of software engineers and strong technical skills. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day directions and managing activities of these teams to deliver against the next-generation Identity-as-a-Service goals.

The full stack development technical leads will work in small and dynamic agile teams to design and implement a wide and comprehensive list of features for IAM software-as-a-service products. You’ll play a meaningful role in ensuring the highest standard of cybersecurity service for one of the most-watched IAM software vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 7+ years of experience

--> in software engineering in full stack implementations, including software architecture design, reliability and performance

--> as an architect with compute, storage and networking platforms, or cloud-based software

• Experience in writing API and architectural specifications and technical artifacts
• Experienced with algorithms, data structures and coding problems
• Skilled in designing, implementing and operating highly scalable web services
• Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service development, object-oriented fundamentals and design patterns
• Experience with SQL and/or NOSQL
• Proven experience with writing both front and backends for Web Applications, HTML and Java Script
• Experience with different frameworks/services such as S3, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Spark, Redis, Terra Form, Ansible
• Experience with developing scalable systems, with elasticity of cloud-based applications
• Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams composed of both technical and non-technical members
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and with all levels from engineering to leadership
• Able to lead a project with minimal guidance
• English minimum B2 level and Croatian native
