Business Analyst team has responsibility for end-to-end processes specification and implementation in medium to large projects for internal or external clients, as well as proposing the most relevant options to bridge end-user needs and product capability.


We are looking for innovative individuals with outstanding analytical mindset, able to formalize complex problems and becoming the solution owner throughout the whole implementation process. The core assets you can bring is your ability in shaping the customer needs, being a versatile team player who is able to adapt to diverse stakeholders, share knowledge and guide junior colleagues. 

This role is ideal for talented people who enjoy working on multiple tasks and like to take on a wide range of responsibilities such as solution design, business analysis, process optimization or facilitating workshops.


You are an ideal candidate if you have:


Skills required:

  • More than 5 years of experience as a BA or similar position
  • Broad knowledge in Ent-to-End business process modeling and continuous improvement
  • Outstanding communication skills and experienced workshop facilitator
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of data-driven decision making
  • Design thinking attitude and mindset
  • Master modeling languages like UML and tools
  • Extraordinary motivation and innovative spirit
  • Experience as a solution owner throughout the project life cycle
  • Working experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project types
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Keen eye for detail and be a stickler for accuracy in your analysis and expression
  • Participation in pre-sales activities would be a plus
  • Any BA related Certification like IREB/IIBA would be appreciated
  • Master university degree or equivalent, preferably with IT specialization
  • Fluency in English and German both verbal and written. French is strongly recommended
