Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Your new challenge

• As an ICT architect you are responsible for a technically complex ICT system and lead and guide the implementation
• You capture customer and internal requirements and elaborate and provide the solution architecture, concepts, specifications,and design
• Transforming requirements into stories and work packages for the implementation team as well as maintaining and working on the backlog is like daily routine to you
• You have proven experience in consulting customer’s and internal stakeholder in complex systems. With your positive mindset you support and enable junior engineers in the project activities; provide expertise and review technical workpackages during the implementation
• Supporting the team to achieve the project deadlines on time/cost/quality

Your Profile

• You select appropriate design standards, methods, and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures andensure they are applied effectively.
• You ensure that the system design balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements.
• You have a strong background in the relevant ICT technologies, namely Active Directory, OS (Windows, Linux), RemoteAccess, Business Continuity (Technology and Processes), PKI etc.
• Academic or Higher Educational degree in IT
• Ability to analyze and develop high-level concepts and designs
• Good knowledge of fundamental technologies and architectural trends, such as containerization, microservices, SW andnetwork architectures, and security engineering
• You have practical (hands-on) experience in the conception, planning and implementation of complex computer systems
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have a convincing and winning approach in addressing and meeting clientrequirements and expectations
• Experience / knowledge in the field of Telecommunications and Tetrapol are of great advantage
• Since our projects are in a sensitive, regulatory environment, you must meet the conditions to pass the Swiss Personal SafetyExamination (PSP) like Swiss Nationality or C-Permit.
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, French of advantage
