Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• providing analysis of requirements and business scenarios/user stories, including delivering feedback to Business Analysts and getting clarifications on possible gaps and discrepancies
• creation of Test Scenarios and Test Cases including test data and expected results based on documentation available in German
• mapping of test cases against project requirements
• executing designed tests, annotating the actual results, and comparing them against expected results
• maintaining the test scenarios during process changes
• raising defects during testing and conducting root cause analysis when needed in cooperation with dev team and BAs, including triage meetings
• re-testing defects resolutions
• supporting the users performing UAT
• participating in meetings with End Customers and presentation of solutions (demos)

Skills we can't do without:

• Effective communication in German (B2/C1 level)
• English min. B1
• At least 2 years of documented experience in field of software testing
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, e.g. Jira/X-Ray/Zephyr, Azure DevOps,
• Fundamentals of SQL
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Communication and open approach to people
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility
• Good organization of work, attention to details

Skills we believe are nice to have:

• ISTQB Foundation course or certificate would be desired advantage
• Knowledge of REST & SOAP API testing with SOAP UI, Postman, or another tool
• Experience with SAP/SAP testing
• Basic experience with test automation, especially with Tosca Tricentis

How do we see the recruitment process?

• Initial conversation with Recruiter/HR, including German check
• Interview with Manager (via MS Teams, English/Polish)
• Second interview with Project (via MS Teams, German/English)
• Feedback (1-7 business days after the interview)
