Service Delivery Manager with German

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager with German

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships incl. customer satisfaction monitoring 

• Contract management (incl. presales phase and ongoing contract maintenance, etc.) 

• Engagement in all service lifecycle phases (from Service Strategy till Operation through Continual Service Improvement) 

• Service delivery at an expected quality level, SLAs, and costs 

• Direct supervision of project or service team incl. team coaching and motivation 

• Create strategies to maintain, improve, and develop service delivery that supports business growth 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management in large-scale international environments 

• Must have: Fluency in German (spoken and written), English B2 

• Practical experience as SDM/PM or similar delivery role

• Ideally to have experience in SAP S4HANA 

• Ability to evolve in a political context and to step into a difficult situation demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem-solving 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

Nice to have: 

• Certified in Project Management 

• Agile 

• Certified in IT Service Management (at least ITIL V4 Foundation) 

• Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
