Senior DevOps Engineer – OpenShift / Enterprise CI/CD - Aviation Industry

Role context
DevOps role within an aviation digital product team, operating under enterprise DevOps standards. The focus is on adopting and tailoring centralized CI/CD and platform standards to enable secure, observable delivery of containerized systems running on Red Hat OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Automate container build and deployment (Docker/Podman, Helm, OpenShift)
• Deploy, scale, release and rollback applications on OCP
• Enforce enterprise security standards; manage secrets and credentials
• Integrate centralized logging and metrics
• Remove deployment bottlenecks and optimize platform usage
• Act as a technical interface between product teams and central DevOps
• Collaborate with developers and test automation teams on delivery workflows

Required experience

• Production experience with OpenShift-based platforms
• Jenkins-driven CI/CD in enterprise environments
• Helm-based deployments of containerized applications
• CI/CD security and compliance integration
• Centralized logging and monitoring setups
• Experience in federated or centralized DevOps models
• Ability to operate in production-critical environments
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level (daily technical communication)
