What impact you can make

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be a part of our interdisciplinary skilled Technical Support Team. You will be engaged in application maintenance and change request support based on ITIL. The main aim of the team is to execute supporting activities and routines related to multi-level Incident and problem management for both software base and infrastructure services. We are looking for employees with Salesforce administration experience.

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Incident management – pre-assessment, troubleshooting, resolving, root cause analysis
  • Interact with other groups to properly route an incident for further analysis and resolution (e.g. integration)
  • Salesforce environment management and reintegration by fulfilling requests and following existing procedures
  • Document improvement activities (refine existing documentation, tech support articles)

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Very good communication skills in working with application interface partners (English B2+ German language B2+)
  • Familiarity and basic knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically of: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and tooling
  • Salesforce Administrator certification will be an advantage
