We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong German language skills and a proven track record in leading SAP‑related initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive complex, cross‑functional projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of SAP implementations, ensuring functionality is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Masterfully handle resource estimation, allocation, and project scheduling. You will engage with multiple concurrent projects while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide high-level guidance on SAP architecture, design, and development, performing quality reviews of the project team’s output to ensure technical excellence.
  • Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Supervise and motivate diverse project teams. Act as the primary point of contact for negotiating issue resolutions and managing internal/external conflicts.
  • Methodology & Quality: Apply formal SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP) rigorously throughout the project life-cycle, ensuring all quality procedures are strictly followed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management and international colleagues to achieve integrated, end-to-end customer solutions.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
  • SAP Expertise: hands-on experience specifically in Project Management for SAP Implementation projects, with a proven track record of success in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Fluent English and German
  • Practical experience with formal SAP implementation methodologies and their application to the project life-cycle.
  • Proficiency in resource planning, requirements analysis, and allocation.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on high-quality standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
