What impact you can make

You will be joining the project from the public sector, with a focus on the safe use of chemicals and improving the state of the environment in the European Union. Cloud Architect candidate will possess a strong background in cloud architecture and a proven ability to tackle complex project obstacles. The role requires expertise in Azure solutions and a deep understanding of deployment processes, access management, API management, and security considerations.

Role and Responsibilities
 

• Designing and implementing production-grade Azure landing zones, solutions, and automations
• Providing architectural guidance for cloud deployments and migrations
• Implementing security requirements within architecture design
• Designing patterns, object-oriented design, UML and design methodologies
• Defining high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state
• Writing user documentation, instructions, (including high and low level designs)
• Collaborating directly with customer, security team, project teams and cooperate with all interested/involved parties & support groups
• Implement and drive automation and self-healing solutions to reduce toil

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong educational background in informatics or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture models and tools, design, and overseeing implementation, with expertise in: Java EE, Front-end development, Enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud, particularly in areas relevant to the challenges faced in ongoing projects
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Proficient in Agile methodology and delivering projects within an Agile environment
• Comprehensive understanding of the software project lifecycle, with emphasis on design and architecture, including system architecture
• Familiarity with tools and technologies within the scope of the Framework Contract
• Proficiency in standard technical practices including unit testing, continuous integration, and coding standards
• Experience in enterprise architecture studies, reporting, and implementation
• Exceptional analytical skills with a highly structured working mindset
• Demonstrated leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication style

Certifications – nice to have:

• Certification in systems/software architecture or Enterprise architecture
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification
• Additional certifications such as: DevOps Engineer Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert, or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert are advantageous
