We are looking for a highly experienced .NET professional to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise‑level solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery across modern and legacy environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using C#, VB.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Build and consume REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints for modern web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server and MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
  • Implement asynchronous messaging and event‑driven architecture with Azure Service Bus.
  • Maintain and enhance legacy systems, including ASP.NET Web Forms and Windows Services.
  • Utilize Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs with Angular applications using NGRX.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure continuous integration best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional development team, providing guidance and support across the SDLC.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact between development, QA, DevOps, and other teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience with C# and .NET Core in enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in VB.NET and maintaining legacy applications.
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and MongoDB database design and optimization.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systems.
  • Experience working on solutions for large‑scale events (e.g., accreditation systems).
  • Skilled in Windows Services, Web Forms, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Proven expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting high‑demand production environments and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong background in working with geographically distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
