What will you do?
2nd level support and work on incident, request and problem ticktets.
Take part in major incidents conferences, major problem conferences and another meeting with customers .
- SAP analysis and monitoring jobs
- Use of the SAP Business Partner concept (ZGP)
- Interface lifecycle management
- Cooperation with client from the automotive industry. Service and support of 18 applications from the area:
- SAP Treasury and Risk Management
- Business Partner (ZGP)
- Cash Management
- Liquidity
- Contract management
- Daily monitoring: errors detection, errors analysis, solution or transfer to other supporting groups
- Ensure compliance of SLA
- Collaborate and good communication with Project Team and Customer.
- Be a part of SAP FI/CO team for German client.
Skills:
- Practical knowledge of technical transactions: SM37 Job, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI
- Experience of SAP processing and monitoring jobs.
- Understanding and using the SAP Business Partner concept (ZGP)
- Experience in managing the life cycle of interfaces.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level; knowledge of German will be a significant advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills. We are looking for Team-Player, open to cooperation and knowledge sharing.
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience with ITSM and other tickteting tool – adventage
