What will you do?
- Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and applications within the Performance & Goals (P&G) landscape
- Handle support tickets within the Persy Postaccount support system
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of DIALOG forms in personnel files across the Group (from March onwards)
- Proactively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize and enhance processes
- Independently implement approved system changes within standard solutions (excluding department-specific customizations)
- Lead and coordinate IT-side implementation activities related to changes and enhancements in the P&G area
- Ensure integration of SAP GRC with P&G, particularly in the context of role provisioning and access management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute biannual system releases, including organizing meetings with business units and tts, and managing testing activities
- Create and manage SAP support tickets with SAP as required
Skills:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)
- Experience in HR application support and maintenance (AMS, ticket handling)
- Hands-on experience in implementing changes and managing system releases
- Knowledge of SAP GRC in the context of roles and authorizations
- Very good communication skills when working with clients and internal Teams
- Proficiency in German and a good command of English
