Your Responsibilities

• Execution of payroll and other HCM processes required for integration testing
• Performing integration tests within SAP Payroll and other HCM processes
• Preparing data (e.g., correct personnel numbers) necessary for testing
• Identifying and qualifying errors in HR processes
• Managing test documentation
• Close collaboration with developers and change managers
• Compliance with defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

What We Expect

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of SAP HCM
• Strong understanding of German labor law
• Experience in IT systems support
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• Team spirit, flexibility, commitment, and initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in customer interactions
• Willingness and initiative for continuous learning
