Your Responsibilities
- Execution of payroll and other HCM processes required for integration testing
- Performing integration tests within SAP Payroll and other HCM processes
- Preparing data (e.g., correct personnel numbers) necessary for testing
- Identifying and qualifying errors in HR processes
- Managing test documentation
- Close collaboration with developers and change managers
- Compliance with defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
What We Expect
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of SAP HCM
- Strong understanding of German labor law
- Experience in IT systems support
- Proficiency in German and good command of English
- Team spirit, flexibility, commitment, and initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in customer interactions
- Willingness and initiative for continuous learning
