Project:

We are looking for candidate with proactive and customer-oriented and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and German fluent skills.

What will you do?

• Handle and resolve SAP incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Monitor SAP applications and proactively identify potential issues.
• Maintain functional documentation and support system stability.
• Collaborate closely with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support business teams during testing activities.
• Participate in release activities, customer meetings, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP implementation or application support projects.
• German language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Experience supporting business users and managing incidents and service requests.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of SAP BCA or SAP FI processes and configuration.
• Basic understanding of SAP PI/PO interfaces and XML processing.
• Experience with UC4 / Automic job scheduling.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
