Oracle SOA/OSB Applications Engineer

We are looking for SOA/OSB Integration Engineer to support big public institutions in European Union. The Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing the integration platform built on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB). Your technical expertise will play a key role in ensuring stable orchestration, routing, and data transformation between central systems and external systems across the organization.

Scope of works

• Maintain, optimize, and enhance applications built on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SOA and OSB applications and related systems.
• Debugging BPEL processes and Mediator flows.
• Analyzing SOA/OSB messages, XSLT/XQuery transformations.
• Troubleshooting routing issues and canonical data model mappings.
• Handling escalation of integration issues from L2.
• Managing deployment of SOA composites and OSB pipelines.
• Performance tuning of integration processes.
• Maintaining WebLogic environments for SOA/OSB.
• Cooperation with Architects, Dev and DBA teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in working with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow)
• Experience with Oracle Service Bus (pipeline development & troubleshooting)
• Experience with WebLogic Server administration
• Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST, WSDL), XML, XSLT, XQuery, XPath, XSD.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong integration-focused technical mindset.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills, including clear expression and active listening
• Excellent organization and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise/public sector/finance environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle API Gateway, eDelivery/AS4, CCN2.
• Experience with monitoring tools: OEM, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana.
