We are looking for an experienced Miles expert for a full-time project.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Technical management of the Sofico Miles Enterprise application
  • Architecture consulting in the interface environment
    - Test assistance (LuP logs, TrueClient scripting support, Dynatrace monitoring, business event identification, etc.).
  • Deployment of configuration files.
  • Error processing, log provision, restart, and cache assistance (accesses and activities in the operative admin area).
  • Setup and adaptation of stages (TKGI know-how, general infrastructure knowledge, Miles Containerised Software, Miles API, and Dynatrace).
  • Deployment/customisation of deployment scripts (Bitbucket, CyberArk, Ansible Tower).
  • Availability management (backup by restart and basic processes).
  • Request processing (Jira, Confluence, ITSM).
  • Knowledge transfer to AMS (incident and problem solutions, known issues).
  • Documentation and operating manual.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Miles development
  • Experience in providing technical support for applications, ideally in the leasing sector.
  • Knowledge of cloud management tools and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in applying project management methods (with a focus on agile, e.g., Scrum).
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German optional).
