As a Technical Engineer with German, you will provide comprehensive application management services within the automotive sector, ensuring stable operations, high performance, and continuous improvement of business‑critical applications. You will support business users, resolve incidents and problems, fulfill service requests, and collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets reported by end users
• Provide end‑to‑end application management services, including operational support and continuous improvement of applications
• Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying potential issues and risks to business continuity
• Perform log analysis and technical troubleshooting to support root‑cause analysis
• Maintain and regularly update functional and system documentation
• Collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders to support application improvements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Work with multiple departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and seamless communication
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements
• Support business teams during unit testing and quality assurance activities
• Actively participate in release events, team meetings, and stakeholder calls
• Fulfill all required reporting and documentation obligations

Must have

• Experience in application support or application management services
• SQL – ability to analyze data and support troubleshooting activities
• ITIL knowledge and practical understanding of incident, problem, and change management
• Log analysis skills
• German – C1 minimum (daily cooperation with business users and stakeholders)
• English – B2 minimum (international communication and documentation)
• Strong analytical skills and customer‑oriented mindset

Nice to have

• C# knowledge
• General programming skills
• DevOps skills or experience working with CI/CD pipelines and close cooperation with development teams
