As a Junior Application Specialist will be a part of our interdisciplinary skilled Technical Support Team. Will be engaged in application maintenance and change requests support based on ITIL. The main aim of the team is to execute supporting activities and routines related to application maintenance and monitoring. Multi-level Incident and problem management for both software base and infrastructure services.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • 2nd Level Support
  • Incident and problem Management
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Creating / Updating Documentation
  • Interacting with Dev Team / 3rd Level Support Team to resolve issues



  • English B2 / C1
  • German B1
  • AMS / OPS Experience
  • Error / Root Cause Analysis Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Software Architecture and Diagrams
  • Good Documentation Skills
  • Self Organized


Nice to have:

  • JSON experience
  • REST Services / APIs (understanding of CRUD operations)
