We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to join our team in the telecommunications sector, working on cutting-edge projects for one of the main mobile network providers.
The role involves designing and supervising complex IT solutions across all phases — from concept and architecture design to deployment, testing, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end solution design, implementation, and integration for large-scale telco systems.
- Ensure technical consistency and quality across all project stages.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with clients and external vendors.
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Hands-on experience with at least one monitoring/observability tool, such as ELK, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or Prometheus stack.
- Working knowledge of Kafka.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Basic programming skills in Python (advanced skills in another language are also welcome).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities — the position requires frequent client workshops and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level)
