About the role

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Expert with German to support the design and delivery of digital learning solutions for an international customer.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining high-quality training content, and supporting learning initiatives using modern e-learning technologies, including SAP Enable Now. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital learning solutions

  • Create online learning content and training materials

  • Ensure quality and effectiveness of learning programs

  • Manage and coordinate e-learning initiatives

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions

  • Maintain and improve learning methodologies and documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver business-focused learning solutions 

 

Requirements

Must have

  • German language skills at minimum B2 level

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-learning, learning & development, or instructional design

  • Hands-on experience in designing online learning content

  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Enable Now

  • Experience working with SAP environments

  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms

  • Project management experience

  • Master's degree in Communication, Business, IT, Education, or related field
