We are currently looking for an ambitious Dynamics 365 Omnichannel Configuration Manager.

What will you do?

• Carrying out configuration and administration of Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service
• Moderation and active participation in defining or identifying the configuration elements according to the established criteria
• Ensuring the consistency of data and information in the configuration management system as well as in the development tools used

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with similar Microsoft Dynamics module
• Fluent German
• Knowledge of one or more of the following subject areas: Java; scripting language SleilxPerl) build processes and tools (Jenkins, Maven,Nexus); operating systems (MS, Unix); DBMS (DB2, MediSphere JBOSS, Docker)
• Know-how in the areas of application life cycle management processes as well as configuration and change
• management systems (GIT, Jira, Sigma)
• Collaboration in a (scaled) agile team according to SCRUM
• For this position, we require citizenship of a European Union country or Ukraine
