Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to start their career in IT as a Dispatcher. This role is an internship with the possibility of employment on the 1st line of support and further development within the project.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German
• Desire to start a career in IT
• Flexible working shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Individuals without IT experience but with a strong motivation to learn are welcome
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Handling calls/on-calls across all internal teams 
• Taking over and analyzing incident tickets (IM) and reporting tickets for rejection to Cluster Lead
• Preparing slides for Service Meetings for Cluster Lead 
• Sending daily SLA updates 
• Daily updating of PMO tracking tool
• Administrative tasks
