Adelia Developer (AS400)

As an Adelia Developer, you will work within a Service Center (CDS), contributing to the development, maintenance, and evolution of business‑critical applications hosted on AS400. You will ensure high‑quality Adelia developments in line with technical standards, production constraints, and CDS commitments, supporting stable and secure operations in a regulated environment.

Your Missions

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Adelia applications on AS400 according to functional and technical specifications

• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance and resolve incidents in cooperation with technical and business teams

• Ensure high quality of deliverables (unit tests, documentation, standards, best practices)

• Participate in UAT and support production deployments

• Follow CDS processes, standards, and security requirements, ensuring full traceability

• Provide reliable effort estimates, progress reporting, and risk mitigation proposals

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of CDS through knowledge sharing and best practices

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience with Adelia / AS400

• Knowledge of Adelia Studio, Vision, Klist, Jira

• Good understanding of relational databases

• Experience in Banking and/or Insurance is a strong asset

• Ability to work in a secure, standardized, process‑driven environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to quality

• English – mandatory, French – nice to have

• Readiness for a long‑term assignment
