SuccessFactors Team Lead 

  • 8-10 years of experience.
  • Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors  modules such as Employee central, talent management, sucecssssion development and payroll.

  • Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract. 

  • Perform project tasks independently and coordinate the workstreams leads, directing the efforts of others

  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience. Aider à des tâches telles que : stratégie système, collecte et documentation des exigences métier, leadership de l'analyse d'écart, conceptions de processus métier actuels et futurs, démonstration de prototype, configuration fonctionnelle, test et formation des utilisateurs clients concernant les modules SAP SuccessFactors tels que Employee Central, la gestion des talents, le développement de la relève et la paie.
  • Participer à et diriger le développement de contenus livrables qui répondent aux besoins du client et du contrat.
  • Effectuer des tâches de projet de manière indépendante et coordonner les responsables des flux de travail, en dirigeant les efforts des autres.
