Global Head of Sales Critical Infrastructure Operators

The role of is instrumental in managing the sales efforts of Atos towards Critical Infrastructure Operators across multiple geographic regions. The Global Head oversees a team and is tasked with expanding existing as well as developing new markets, negotiating deals, and overseeing other aspects of the Critical Infrastructure Operators' business.

You will operate on a global scale driving forward Atos sales and business development for the Energy, Transportation, and Telekom markets.

 

Your tasks

  • Leading an international team of 5-10 employees
  • Develop and grow the business and assure sales target achievements within the global market of critical Infrastructure operators (focus Energy, Transportation, Telekom)
  • Expansion of the business in new regions in cooperation with the regional sales and management colleagues
  • Build up and handle sales pipeline and define go-to-market strategies in close coordination with the business unit, industry sales, and regions
  • Build up and maintain a balanced customer relationship (with existing and new customers) and keep the Atos CRM system up-to-date
  • Drive the evolution of respective offerings in close cooperation with the Solution Manager to support customer use cases

 

Your profile

  • University degree – Degree in Engineering or Technology preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of international sales management experience in the IT or telecom industry, efficient positioning & selling IT or telecom solutions to large customers directly.
  • Knowledge of the Energy, Transportation, and Telekom market (ecosystem, processes, key business driver)
  • Very good technical understanding, preferably in communication technology
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical audiences
  • Understanding of complex issues, analysis, and solution competence

The minimum annual salary for this position is € 60.000,- (full-time basis) Your actual annual target income will be determined in line with the market according to your qualifications and experience.
