TEST MANAGER with German

We are now looking for Test Manager with German Language.

Are you the one we are looking for? 

• 5+ years of experiences in Test Management;
• Test planning & coordination (cycles, resources, environments)
• Test governance, defect management, reporting
• Agile testing (Scrum, CI integration, Definition of Test)
• Stakeholder coordination (IT + business)
• Technical/Method expertise:
  - ISTQB-based testing methodologies
  - Test management tools & automation frameworks
  - Project management + ITIL
• Experience in test team management;
• Effective communication in German(C1) and English(B2).

Skills we believe are nice to have:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate;
• Experience in cloud solutions.

Your daily tasks would be:

• Defining test processes and test documentation together with project partners;
• Identification of test objects;
• Day-to-day communication with stakeholders;
• Leading test teams and test process (planning, coordinating and executing testing) across organizations;
• Review and verification of test resource planning;
• Checking detailed time schedules of tests and align plan with Project Manager;
• Day-by-day tracking of preparation and execution status and test progress in JIRA, handling critical issues and risk evaluation;
• Defect management: balance priority, criticality, resolution plan and possible work around definition for open known defects;
• Interacting with test and integration teams at establishing test environment(s), generating test cases and test data.
