We are looking for an experienced D365 ERP Senior Consultant to support our GDC Poland team on a flexible B2B basis. The core purpose of this role is qualifying opportunities, shaping winning bids, evaluating RFP/RFI opportunities, scoping delivery and acting as the ERP subject matter expert in RFP/RFI and client-facing presales discussions. There is potential for long-term cooperation as our ERP practice grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical/functional response to RFP/RFI: scope definition, rapid effort estimation, and T-shirt sizing under time pressure
• Design the delivery & commercial model: T&M vs fixed-price, onshore/nearshore/offshore blend
• Advise on D365 ERP licensing as part of the bid — its impact on margin and price competitiveness
• Represent Atos Poland as ERP SME in presales conversations with internal stakeholders and end clients
• Advise on team structure and ramp-up planning for D365 ERP engagements
• Optionally: support recruitment process for building a dedicated D365 ERP team

Requirements:

Must-have

• 5+ years of hands-on D365 ERP experience with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Deep expertise in at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Experience in full-cycle or workstream-lead implementations
• Proven bid / presales track record — estimation, scoping and winning ERP deals (not only delivery)
• Working knowledge of D365 ERP licensing models and their commercial impact
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have

• Microsoft Certified: D365 Finance / Supply Chain Functional Consultant Associate
• Experience with multi-country D365 rollouts
• Dynamics 365 Business Central (mid-market / SMB) experience as a plus
• German language skills
• Background in construction or manufacturing
