We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant specialising in FI/CO to join our team and support complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. You will drive end‑to‑end data migration activities, collaborate directly with customers and own FI/CO‑related data objects throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute data migration activities within SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Conduct scope definition and mapping workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for FI/CO‑related data objects.
  • Perform data analysis, validation and cleansing.
  • Drive harmonisation of financial and controlling master data.
  • Lead customer interactions throughout all migration phases.
  • Define, set up and further develop data migration objects.
  • Manage extraction, transformation and import processes.
  • Perform technical testing and quality checks of migrated data.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects (Greenfield, Shell Conversion, Rollout, Carve‑Out).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Optional experience with other data migration tools is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of FI/CO data structures.
  • Good knowledge of FI/CO business processes.
  • Basic ABAP and SQL skills.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English.
