About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our SAP team supporting international and local projects.
The role focuses on Polish payroll processes, system configuration and advisory based on local labour law and regulations.
Your responsibilities
- Configuration and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Handling incidents, service requests and ensuring timely resolution (SLA-based support)
- Supporting HR and Payroll users in their daily operations
- Analysing legal changes and implementing solutions aligned with Polish labour law, tax and social security regulations
- Participation in payroll runs, testing cycles and system improvements
- Preparing and maintaining system documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
- Strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA and PY modules
- Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, tax regulations and ZUS processes
- English – advanced level (B2+/C1)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
Nice to have
- Experience in AMS / support projects
- Knowledge of SAP legal change management (LCM)
- Experience in international environments
