We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Consultant to join a migration project for a public sector entity in Warsaw.
The role involves supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and requires solid knowledge of SAP FICA configuration, financial processes, and integration points with other FI modules.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participating in migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
  • Configuring and supporting SAP FICA (FI-CA) including:
    • Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
    • Business Partner integration and alignment
    • Master data, items, charges, and account determination
  • Supporting payment processes, including payment runs and correspondence
  • Processing Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) and payments integration
  • Managing dunning, clearing rules, returns, and reconciliation processes
  • Supporting FI-CA related reporting and document management
  • Ensuring proper integration with FI-GL and other financial components
  • Contributing to validation, testing, and cutover activities
  • Collaborating with functional and technical teams during the migration lifecycle

 

What We Expect:

  • Solid knowledge of SAP FI-CA configuration and key processes
  • Hands-on experience with FI-CA in implementation, support, or migration projects
  • Understanding of FI and BP (Business Partner) integration concepts
  • End-to-end business process know‑how in receivables, payments, clearing, and dunning
  • Experience working in SAP ECC and familiarity with S/4HANA migration specifics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently solve complex issues
  • High customer orientation, quality awareness, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously develop skills and engage in project challenges
