About the Role

We are looking for an SAP Customizing Specialist to configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Finance and Treasury solutions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into effective SAP solutions while supporting the organization's future SAP transformation journey, including potential SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP FICO, TRM, and/or CLM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Test, deploy, and support system changes.
• Resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and architecture teams.
• Support SAP modernization and transformation projects.

Required Experience

• Solid experience with SAP customizing, preferably within SAP FICO.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with testing, releases, and implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP TRM and/or SAP CLM.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects or migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with process optimization and standardization initiatives.
• Understanding of modern SAP architecture principles.
