We are currently looking for Network Engineer

 

Role and responsibilities:

  • 2nd/3rd Level technical support for LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, for customers all over the world;
  • communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts,
  • management of system performance, capacity, service quality,
  • manage incident, problem and change tickets,
  • ability to analyze system logs, events, and monitoring alerts,
  • identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group,
  • basic administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications, and tools

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • ability to configure LAN environment according to provided standards;
  • Good knowledge and configuration experience of Cisco and Juniper network products (i.e. routers, switches,)
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, WAN and WLAN related technologies (minimum CCNP certified or similar);
  • Experience in network projects;
  • English at minimum B2 level. German as additional language will be a real asset.
  • experience in hardware refresh activities is a PLUS
  • JNCIA/JNCIP knowledge is a PLUS
