We are looking for a Junior SAP P2P Consultant to support operational activities within SAP MM (Materials Management) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of purchasing and inventory management processes in SAP and can confidently navigate day-to-day business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting business users in daily Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management activities.

  • Working with core SAP MM master data, including Material Master and Business Partner (Vendor) records.

  • Supporting purchasing processes such as:

    • Purchase Requisitions (PR)

    • Purchase Orders (PO)

    • Stock Transfer Orders (STO)

    • Subcontracting processes

  • Assisting with goods receipt activities and inventory transactions, including MIGO.

  • Monitoring stock availability and inventory levels using standard SAP transactions such as MMBE.

  • Collaborating with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of procurement and warehouse processes.

  • Supporting testing, issue resolution, and day-to-day process improvements.

 

Requirements

  • Basic hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).

  • Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including:

    • Purchase Requisitions (PR)

    • Purchase Orders (PO)

    • Goods Receipts (GR)

    • Common procurement scenarios such as STO and subcontracting.

  • Understanding of Inventory Management concepts and basic material movements.

  • Ability to work with SAP master data, especially Material Master and Business Partner/Vendor records.

  • Familiarity with standard SAP MM transactions such as MIGO and MMBE.

  • Understanding of how procurement and inventory processes support business operations.

  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn within an experienced SAP team.

 

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Previous experience supporting procurement, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory-related business processes.

  • Knowledge of SAP purchasing and warehouse operations gained through commercial projects or end-user experience.
