We are looking for a motivated Junior Power BI Engineer to build and maintain Power BI dataflows.. 

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for BI solutions. 
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports. 
• Connect to various data sources, transform data, and create data models. 
• Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance. 
• Implement row-level security on data and have an understanding of application security layers in Power BI. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs. 
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency. 
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports. 
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI. 

Skills:   

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role. 
• Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M language). 
• Proficient in creating complex dashboards using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile. 
• Should be able to reverse engineer Tableau Reports\Dashboards 
• Experience with data modelling, ETL, and data integration from multiple sources. 
• Good Knowledge in Synapse Analytics, Delta tables to work independently on Stored Procedures, Materialized views, Query Optimization. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication skills to interact with business users. 
• [Optional] Experience with Power BI Copilot and AI-powered analytics is a plus.
